Sioux Street
At the base of South Mountain sits our quiet Sonoran Desert home.
Surrounded by 1.7 acres of uniquely beautiful desert landscape we make use of the wrap-around patio often. There we can take in our calming water feature and stream.
Nearby is the garden, open for all residents to wildlife watch or simply enjoy the sunshine. When it’s a little warmer we take in the views of South Mountain from the living room through our huge picture windows.
The living room offers a clean, safe and comfortable place to read or socialize. The rooms, each with their own TV and cable, offer private space while the dining room is set up perfectly for everyone to gather as a group.
With 3,500 square feet, 7 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and a maximum occupancy of 10 residents, our home offers a genuine family atmosphere.

Heaven Can Wait is just 22 minutes from Downtown Phoenix, 22 minutes from West Chandler, and 30 minutes from Tempe. We are located at 4205 West Sioux Street, Laveen, Arizona 85339 and are easily accessed by the new 202 freeway – just 5 miles.
Situated southwest of Downtown Phoenix and nestled up to South Mountain Park and Preserve, Laveen is described as an urban village within the City of Phoenix. Home to pastoral fields of alfalfa and cotton, Laveen also boasts the natural beauty of the Sonoran Desert landscape.

Inside, Summerside offers ten private bedrooms, most with their own half bath, providing residents with both independence and dignity.
